These are our lowest prices. They are higher depending on when you travel – especially during trade fairs and Oktoberfest. You will see the price for your dates directly in the booking.

Frequently asked questions on rates and booking
Do the rates include breakfast?
Yes. Every room rate at Hotel Königstein Munich includes the breakfast buffet, as well as service and statutory VAT. External guests who only wish to have breakfast pay €20.00 per person.
Why does the price in the booking engine differ from the rate list?
The rate list shows starting prices – the lowest rate in each category. The actual price depends on the date, day of the week, length of stay and occupancy. During Munich's major trade fairs and Oktoberfest, rates are considerably higher; in quiet weeks they are often at the starting price. The binding rate is always shown in the booking engine.
Can I cancel free of charge?
That depends on the rate you choose. Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to the point stated in the rate conditions; saver rates require prepayment and are non-refundable. The applicable conditions are displayed in the booking engine before you complete your booking.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
For stays of about a week or longer and for companies with regular demand we prepare individual rates. Write to info@h-km.de stating the period, number of guests and preferred category. For project teams we are happy to combine this with a fixed allotment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay at reception in cash or with the usual debit and credit cards. For corporate bookings, invoicing to the company is possible by arrangement – please clarify this with reservations on +49 89 350 36 0 before arrival.
