Pelo mesmo preço fiquei em hotel bem melhor na cidade. É ao lado do metro, isso ajuda, mas achei o quarto pequeno (não peguei o mais barato mas sim uma categoria acima). Não tinha frigobar, a janela balançou a noite toda, o quarto e banheiro eram pequenos. Café da manhã fraco. Fiquei uma noite só e troquei de hotel.

Wir waren bestimmt zum 5. Mal in diesem Hotel und waren jedes Mal begeistert, wie unkompliziert und freundlich das Personal dort ist. Wir haben dort immer ein Zimmer bekommen, sogar in der Zeit vom Oktoberfest. Das ist genial! Ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel (im Hof) - das ist auch ein Privileg in München! Direkt an der U-Bahn Station. Jeden Morgen haben wir im Hotel auch das Frühstück genossen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

☹ Dafür das ich nicht die unterste Kategorie gebucht habe, habe ich ein Zimmer zur Strasse bekommen. Hier war keine Erholung möglich. Das Fenster musste geschlossen bleiben wegen dem Strassenlärm. Tausch des Zimmers nicht möglich, ich sollte demnächst bei der Buchung darauf achten. Ach, OK!

This is a very basic property. Even breakfast had a few notable missing items - like hot eggs. The rooms are very clean and sparse. Watch out for the front rooms as there can be a lot of street noise. There were 2 bright spots for us - 1 - it's very close to BMW and 2- the bar is open late and the bar tender (who was also working the front desk) was great. Plenty of space in the lounge too.

Hotel moderno, non tanto grande, in zona periferica vicina alla fiera. La struttura è pulita ed il personale cordiale ma le carenze ci sono, a cominciare dal frigo bar in stanza, ad un bar interno poco equipaggiato per finire ad una colazione non molto fornita. Il prezzo però è davvero basso, meno della metà di analoghe strutture in zone più centrali (ho pagato 78€ al giorno + 10 di colazione) Piccolissimo il parcheggio "interno", gratuito ma raggiungibile solo facendo il giro dell'isolato. Se non si hanno necessità particolari o se il prezzo è una dominante, questo è l'hotel giusto. Nota a martine: generalmente faccio fatica ad abituarmi in altri letti, ma in questo ho dormito come un ghiro.....un caso ? Boh

☺Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, ist aber direkt an der U-Bahn-Station, von da ist man alle 10 Minuten in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Frühstücksbuffet ist für diese Preiskategorie ok.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber,die Zimmer sehr groß das Bad ganz neu.frühstück reichlich und lecker.die Lage des Hotels ist auch perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden.einziger Pluspunkt,der Lärm..von der stark befahrenen Strasse obwohl wir glücklicher Weise ein Zimmer zum Hof hatten...dachten wir...samstags morgens um Punkt 5:00 kam ein LKW und brachte Ware.und Sonntags hörte man lautstark unterhaltungen ausländischer Bewohner vom angrenzenden Nachbarhaus .Fazit für 2 Nächte ok.aber für länger ein no go.

We stayed in the hotel Königstein one night. Close to the BMW museum, relatively far from München's town centre. Hotel offered possibility to reserve a garage for our motorcycles, which was excellent. Breakfast very nice. Would go there again on next occasion.

Overall ok if you come with business, but really don't like the fact that half of the rooms are newer and bigger and half are older and noticeable lower quality than the others. Definitely should keep same standard across all rooms and treat in this way all guests the same.
Ah and don't forget the elevators, really slow and frequently break.

Ein schlechteres Frühstück habe ich in noch keinem Hotel erlebt: Brötchen von vorgestern, aufgebacken und einige dabei schwarz geworden, Eier kalt, Wurst schmierig und roch schon leicht, selbst das Teewasser war nur lauwarm. Im Bad befanden sich auf dem Boden Haare vom Vorbewohner. Nein danke, das sollte man sich nicht antun!

Im Zuge eines Besuches der Stadt München für 1 Nacht habe ich das Hotel Königstein ausgewählt und das relativ spontan. Glücklicherweise hatte das Hotel noch ein Zimmer frei, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich anschließend noch um ein typisch bayrisches Wirtshaus erkundigt. Dies wurde mir Netterweise mit einer guten Empfehlung beantwortet. Für mich war die Lage ideal, denn ich war viel in Milbertshofen unterwegs. Für Leute die Sightseeing betreiben ist es vielleicht nicht optimal. Der Service war ideal, das Frühstück war wirklich reichhaltig und mehr als ausreichend. Über die Sauberkeit konnte ich nicht klagen und war sehr zufrieden. Das Wlan läuft über die Telekom, aber das habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Das Zimmer ist sehr stylisch und das Bad ist schön.

Daha önce de memnun kaldığımız bir oteli tercih ettim. Frankfurter ring de , havaalanından otele ulaşım son derece kolay. Otele gidiş , uçaktan inip S1 feldmoching (6.durak) gitmek için trende yazılı olan OSTBAHNHOF Sonra feldmoching de iniş ve U2 ile frankfurter ring (5.durak )durağına ulaşım vasıtada yazılı olması gereken MESSESTAD+OST. Otel çevresinde pek çok market, restaurant mevcut. Kahvaltıyı da başarılı buldum , tüm çalışanlar( temizlikten sorumlu olanlar da ) da son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Oda temiz ve konforluydu. Sadece İnternet üzerinden telefon görüşmesi yapabilmek biraz sıkıntılıydı zira sıklıkla kesinti oldu. Otelin ödemesini booking.com üzerinden yaptım tek kişilik oda 340 euro kahvaltı dahildi. 28 mart-1 nisan a dek konaklama
