consigliatissimo! Ho avuto la possibilità di soggiornare in questo hotel per lavoro. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Camere molto spaziose e sempre pulite. Colazione internazionale ottima. Below expectation First the pluses- very well connected.Right next to to a subway station. Very friendly staff a rarity in Germany and a good wholesome breakfast. The minuses - Light and sound insulation is very poor. The noise of vehicles and lights is very disturbing and it is difficult to have a good nights sleep. Der Herr von der Rezeption am Telefon war sehr freundlich. Eine Stornierung ist nicht möglich, wenn man nicht direkt beim Hotel bucht! Vermeintliche Schnäppchen über einschlägige Buchungportale führen dazu, dass eine Stornierung nicht möglich ist. Laut Buchungportal lehnt das Hotel das ab. Das Hotel sagt: können wir nicht machen, weil das über das Buchungportal gebucht wurde. Man schiebt also die Schuld hin und her und der Kunde zahlt. Very disappointing experience – no empathy or service whatsoever ☹ Due to a medical emergency, we were forced to cut our trip short and return home early. We informed the reception immediately, and although they claimed to "understand" the situation, they still charged us — even after Booking.com intervened. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is cold and unwelcoming. Staff couldn’t even tell us how to access the parking garage. Some of the equipment didn’t work properly either. But most shocking was the complete lack of compassion or basic human decency in the face of unexpected circumstances. We will never return to Hotel Königstein. Good, clean hotel, value for money Stayed 25-27/09/11, for trip to Allianz Arena for football. Octoberfest also on that week, so prices a lot higher than normal. Still, £110 per night, for a twin room, with buffet breakfast was good value compared to other prices being quoted for that week. We were greeted by pleasant and informative reception staff, who asked had we visited the city before, etc. Rooms were spacious and clean, and shower hot and powerful! Ordered a taxi to take us back to the airport through reception the night before, and it was outside waiting for us, on time, at 06.30am. As mentioned in other reviews, extremely handy being next door to Frankfurter Ring U-Bahn station, for quick journey into the centre of Munich. Agencement intérieur des chambres moderne et pratique. Prix élevé, et fluctuant. Petit déjeuner continental . Good find This hotel feels fresh and well designed. They make very good use of the smallish spaces and the rooms and baths are very well designed. Breakfast is above average. Hotel comodo ai mezzi di trasporto Hotel molto pulito, camere spaziose però alcune cose non erano come descritto: il wi. fi in camera funzionava malissimo ed era lento, la colazione scarsissima come dolci solo salato in abbondanza. Okay hotel. Very practical location. The hotel has large rooms, with good beds and a good shower. My booking included breakfast which was good too. But all nothing special. Buona location Hotel nella zona BMW di Monaco in zona tranquilla. La metro' a pochi passi è un gran vantaggio cosi muoversi è veramente semplice.Classica struttura da periferia di citta' dove si puo' trovare un buon rapporto qualita' prezzo. cio' che mi aspettavo ho trovato. Buona pulizia ovunque, camera spaziosa, colazione abbondante sopratutto nel salato. Sicuramente da prendere in considerazione per chi vuole una location a buon prezzo evitando il centro. Great little hotel, great value I would rate this hotel as a perfect 3 star European hotel. It's very clean, well planned, and well located--meters from the Ubahn station and only about 13 minutes from downtown Munich. I had a 'business' class room and found it suited my needs perfectly. Only complaint is the lack of free Internet, but there is a computer that can be used for free in the lobby to check you email. Staff was also great. In particular, Werner, the night receptionist, was a pleasure, a real asset to the hotel. She was so happy to help me with whatever I needed and I enjoyed chatting with her!
